INGREDIENTS


  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • cup HORMEL® Real Crumbled Bacon, divided
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, ⅓ cup bacon and next 7 ingredients.
3. Spread evenly into a lightly greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining ⅓ cup bacon.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
